Topic:
Making the Grade in HR:
A panel of world class experts, from the world's top executive search firms, will discuss:

  • The trends they see in recruiting talent for the top jobs in organizations
  • How organizations can differentiate themselves to top talent and work effectively with executive search firms
  • What the best organizations are looking for in top HR talent
  • How today's talent is stacking up

Each panel member will respond to a set of questions on each of the above and then the floor will be opened to questions from the audience. This is a terrific time to get the "inside scoop" on the HR and executive job market.

Attracting and retaining the best talent is a challenge - even in the best of times. In tough times, it is even more important. Please join us for a program that will benefit our organizations and ourselves.

Our panel will be comprised of the following outstanding members:

  • Heidrick and Struggles: Wendy Murphy, Managing Partner, Chief Human Resources Officers Practice
  • Russell Reynolds: Jennifer Potter Brotman, Managing Partner, Human Resources Executive Practice
  • Korn Ferry: Greg Hessel, Senior Client Partner - Human Resources Practice
  • Spencer Stuart: Pat Patrick, Senior Client Partner - Human Resources Practice
