johnSullivanTalent Management - Fact and Fiction
Dr. John Sullivan, Professor of Management
San Francisco State University, College of Business

Dr. Sullivan will facilitate a provocative and interactive session that will clarify “what’s real” in the practice of Talent Management and “what is hype”.  This session will strive to help the audience make sense out of a very confusing and multi-dimensional space that is fraught with new and constantly changing terminology and high expectations from the executive team.

Speaker: Dr. John Sullivan, Professor of Management, San Francisco State University, College of Business

Dr John Sullivan has been a professor of management for over 20 years at San Francisco State University. His specialty is HR strategy and designing world class HR systems and tools for Fortune 200 firms. He has written a weekly column for ERE for over five years and a monthly column for the IHRIM Journal for three years. Overall, he has written eight books and white papers and over 500 articles. He was the chief talent officer for Agilent (the 40,000+ employee HP spin off).
